Members of The Judiciary Committee,
I am writing regarding H.B. 6355 An Act Concerning Risk Protection Orders or Warrants. This bill is nothing more than a mask over a gun grabbing agenda. There are current laws written making offenses with firearms illegal, as well as domestic violence offenses. Please make harsher penalties for offenders of our current Red Flag Laws and do not target law abiding citizens. Stripping people’s ability to defend themselves personally and legally is in direct contradiction to the very core of the legal and judicial process.
