Judiciary Committee Members,
OPPOSE HB 5448. We have a current “Red Flag” law which have been in place for over 20 years. I urge you to strengthen the laws that are currently in place. This bill is simply to strip individuals not only of their property, but of their rights. The inability to refute allegations or claims on your own behalf is gravely concerning, and quite frankly a gross miscarriage of the legal system.
