I Oppose H.B. 5448, I Support H.B. No. 5390, I Support H.B. No. 5432
I urge you to oppose H.B. 5448. This is just wrong that someone can have their civil rights stripped and be forced to get rid of their legally owned property without the due process Americans expect. Where are the penalties for anyone filing a false claim? Why should someone be forced to spend thousands of dollars in lawyer fees to defend against accusations that aren’t even independently investigated. This is just wrong on so many levels. Please oppose HB 5448
Please support H.B 5390 removing the obligation to retreat in a place of worship.
Finally, I hope that you will also support H.B 5432 which allows Connecticut residents more options in self-defense.
